SUBSTANCE: AND/OR trigger logic element contains seven transistors, six resistors and constant voltage sources, it also has a two-emitter npn first additional transistor, pnp second additional transistor, and an additional resistor. The collector of the first additional transistor is connected to the base of the first transistor, the outputs of the two emitters of the first additional transistor form two inputs for the AND-NOT logic element, an additional resistor is connected between the base of the first additional transistor and the output of the first and third resistors, the emitter of the second additional transistor is connected to the common output of the first resistor and collectors of the first, second and third transistors, the base of the second additional transistor is connected to the third resistor, the collector of the second additional transistor is connected to the fifth transistor and to the fifth resistor, the free terminal of the fifth resistor is connected to the fourth resistor and their output forms the output of the logic element.
EFFECT: increasing the load capacity of the trigger logic element AND-NOT/OR-NOT.
