FIELD: digital circuitry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to digital circuitry, automation and industrial electronics. It, in particular, can be used in blocks of computing technology, built on logical elements. An AND / OR trigger logic element is proposed, which contains six transistors, eight resistors and a DC voltage supply. The novelty is that two additional transistors, four additional resistors are introduced and the switching on of the elements is changed.
EFFECT: increasing the load capacity of the AND / OR trigger logic element.
