FIELD: navigation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of maritime navigation and can be used on rescue rafts, life boats, crab boats, and on small-sized floating craft. Hydrodynamic anchor is flexibly linked with the floating craft and comprises a frame including side keels interconnected by two pairs of cross-links. Hydraulic sails made of a soft material are installed on the front cross-links with the leading edge. Batten pockets with battens installed therein are made along the side edges and part of the trailing edge of the hydraulic sails. The side battens are equipped with sheets secured on the rear cross-links with the free end. The length of the side battens reaches the rear cross-links. The rear cross-links limit the possibility of downward rotation of the side battens, and the sheets limit the possibility of upward rotation of the side battens.
EFFECT: effective conversion of wave energy into useful work against the forces of drift of the floating craft.
