The position stabilizer of the uncontrolled object is installed in a hydrodynamic anchor suspended from the floating vehicle by a flexible connection at the suspension point, which contains side keels, which are made in the form of plates located in a longitudinal vertical plane. In the transverse vertical plane in front of the suspension point on the outer side of the side keels, axles are fixed, on which rudders are installed with the possibility of free rotation around the axles, and rudder turn limiters, providing a preset angle of attack of the rudders. The preset angle of attack of the rudders is less than the angle of attack of the maximum hydrodynamic force of the rudders.

EFFECT: provision of the initial installation of the hydrodynamic anchor in the direction of the wind drift line and stabilization of its position in the working cycle is achieved.
