SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to coupling assemblies with a locking system for a medical injection device. On sleeve (2) of the coupling, first ratchet sleeve (3) is installed, capable of turning in two directions and interacting with second ratchet sleeve (4), installed on first ratchet sleeve (3) and capable of turning only in one direction, case (1) has internal toothed rim (1.1), first ratchet sleeve (3) has at least one trigger (3.1) and second ratchet sleeve (4) has internal toothed rim (4.1) and at least one trigger (4.2). Second ratchet sleeve (4) and case (1) have locking means (4.3, 1.2) to prevent the device from cocking when insufficient volume of a drug remains in a container by locking the turning of second ratchet sleeve (4) relatively to case (1).

EFFECT: obtaining the coupling assembly with a locking system for the medical injection device.
