FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, namely to drive unit for device for medication delivery and to device for medication delivery. Drive unit for medication delivery contains case, plunger rod, drive element and rotary displacing element. Case has proximal end and distal end. rod is made with possibility of displacement in axial direction and with possibility of rotation with respect to case between first angular position and second angular position. Drive element is made with possibility of displacement relative to case between first angular position and second angular position. Drive element is made with possibility of displacement in axial direction. Rotary displacing element is made with possibility of bringing into action for transmission of elastic displacing effort to plunger rod. Drive unit is made with such configuration that in order to set a dose drive element can be displaced in proximal axial direction relative to case and plunger rod from initial position into position of dose setting; in the process of dose setting plunger rod rotates in first rotation direction and after rotation is first rotation direction it turns in second rotation direction relative to case and drive element; drive element interacts with plunger rod to convert travel of drive element in proximal axial direction relative to case into rotary motion/rotation of plunger rod in first rotation direction towards second angular position against elastic displacing effort; and rotary displacing element interacts with plunger rod in such a way that plunger rod rotates in second rotation direction towards first angular position relative to drive element and case under impact of elastic displacing effort. Device for medication delivery contains case, cartridge, with plunger being held inside cartridge, plunger rod, drive element and spring. Case has proximal end and distal end. Plunger Rod is intended for displacement of plunger in distal direction relative to cartridge in order to supply a dose. Drive element is intended for rotation of plunger rod in first rotation direction relative to case in the process of dose setting. Spring is made with possibility to accumulate energy to provide plunger rod rotation in second rotation direction relative to case due to interaction with plunger rod in order to displace/tighten plunger rod in second rotation direction when setting a dose, and accumulation of energy to provide displacement in axial direction to reduce pressure, acting on plunger from the side of plunger rod, due to interaction with plunger rod to displace plunger rod in axial direction after supplying a dose.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides obtaining reliably functioning device, which has very small number of elastic components.
