SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is used to protect wounds and abrasions on the surface of the user's skin. The medical adhesive plaster contains a base made of a flexible material, which includes a shock-absorbing element located on the outer surface, an adhesive layer and a disinfectant pad made of absorbent material located on the inner surface of the base. The shock-absorbing element is located opposite the disinfectant pad and is formed by protrusions presented in the form of truncated pyramids, the larger base of which faces the outer surface of the base. The angle between the sides of adjacent protrusions is from 60 to 160°.
EFFECT: reducing the traumatic effect on the damaged area of the user's skin with a concomitant reduction in the risk of weakening the adhesive interaction between the adhesive layer and the skin of the user of the medical adhesive plaster.
