FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to compositions for industrial use and to their production methods. Such compositions can be successfully used in materials suitable for industrial use, such as, for example, building materials (concretes, bricks, plasters, adhesives, cement mortars, precast concrete, seams, and joints), refractory materials (concretes, bricks, standard finished parts, sprayed materials), additives, binders, or products of various types (paints, plastics, natural and synthetic rubbers, polymers in a liquid form, bitumen, active substances of biocides, insecticides, pesticides, fungicides, plant protection products). A composition for use in materials for industrial use in a liquid or creamy form includes: 1 kg of oil and/or its derivative, and/or residues obtained during its processing, and/or residues of animal fats processing, and/or a mixture of oils or animal fats, at least a base dissolved in water. In this case, the mass concentration of elements in percentages is, respectively, from 70 to 99.9% of oil or the mixture of oils, from 0.1 to 10% of the base, and from 0 to 20% of water. Oil is mineral oil of primary production, vegetable oil of primary production, and/or waste mineral or vegetable oil. Residues obtained during the processing of mineral oil of primary production are residues pre-oxidized using a temperature cycle from 70 to 140°C for 72 h. Sunflower vegetable oil, and/or its derivatives, and/or residues pre-oxidized using a temperature cycle from 70 to 140°C for 72 h, obtained during its processing, and/or cashew nut oil or residues of rapeseed oil, and/or its derivative and/or residues of animal fat processing, and/or mixtures thereof, pre-oxidized using a temperature cycle from 70 to 140°C for 72 h are used as vegetable oil of primary production. The base is sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, or magnesium hydroxide. The composition contains from 2 to 50 g of sodium hydroxide dissolved in from 7 to 150 g of water.
EFFECT: simultaneous and consistent improvement of characteristics of processed material.
