FIELD: electric power industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric power industry, namely to the technology of relay protection. The device contains three current transducers, a measuring element with three current relays connected to the measuring transducers, a logic block connected to the measuring block, and an actuator connected to the logic block. According to the invention, the current converters are made in the form of inductors, each of which is installed on the conductor sheath opposite one of the phases. The center of gravity of the inductor lies on a straight line that intersects the longitudinal axes of the busbar and the conductor shell at a right angle, and the longitudinal axis of the inductor is perpendicular to this straight line. The first, second and third amplifiers, the first, second and third step-up intermediate transformers with two secondary windings, the first to the sixth rectifiers, the first, second, third and fourth reacting relays are introduced.

EFFECT: increasing sensitivity to two-phase short circuits and expanding the arsenal of technical means of a similar purpose.
