FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction and use in railway transport, namely in the construction of railway crossings. The flooring of the railway crossing includes a base with crushed stone ballast, wooden supports placed between reinforced concrete sleepers and external and internal reinforced concrete slabs with metal edging installed on these wooden supports, repeating the profile of reinforced concrete sleepers from below. Each wooden support is made in the form of a bed, located on the crushed stone ballast between the sleepers. External and internal reinforced concrete slabs are attached to wooden beds with elongated travel screws. The edging of each slab is made in the form of a sheet steel box connected to the longitudinal and transverse reinforcement of the slab. The metal edging of the inner plates can be made with radial rounding in the zone of contact between the longitudinal edge of the plate and the transport wheel. The connection of a box made of sheet steel with longitudinal and transverse reinforcement of a reinforced concrete slab can be carried out along the upper and lower reinforcement chords. In the outer slabs, hidden voids are arranged with a step corresponding to the profile of the sleepers.

EFFECT: increasing the stability of the structure, reliability and durability of the railway crossing due to the exclusion of direct impact on the rail grid from the wheels of automotive vehicles.
