FIELD: railway transport; crossings.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method of manufacture of rubber-reinforced concrete plates is designed to make road pavement through rail and it can be used in construction of motor roads and in city streets. Proposed rubber-reinforced concrete plate has bearing structure based on reinforced concrete on surface of which coating made of elastic material is reliably secured. Metal channel is fitted into concrete base from outer side of outer plate by its flat side right up to and one level working surface of coating. Metal channel is rigidly coupled with reinforced screen to protect pavement ends from deformation when heavy vehicles run over crossing.
EFFECT: increased service life and improved adhesion of coating with tires of vehicles.
