FIELD: cleaning.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions of disinfectant detergents (MDS) for technical purposes and can be used for washing and disinfecting cutting fluid circulation systems. Described is a concentrated disinfectant detergent for cleaning cutting fluid circulation systems, characterised by additionally containing an ethylenediamine salt of bis (hydroxymethyl) phosphic acid with bactericidal and fungicidal properties as a disinfectant for the purpose of increasing the detergent and disinfecting properties, containing sodium nitrite as a corrosion inhibitor, aminoadenazine triacyl ether as a stabiliser and an additional corrosion inhibitor, sodium lauryl sulphate as a biologically mild surfactant in combination with trilon B to provide a high washing effect, sodium hydroxide being introduced to increase the alkalinity capacity and ensure a pH level of 9.0-10.0 in spent coolants, at a certain ratio of components.
EFFECT: development of a concentrated disinfectant detergent with low toxicological properties, improved disinfectant and detergent properties, and coolant compatibility for 6 hours prior to discharge.
