FIELD: organic chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of organic chemistry, namely to a method (options) for the production of methane-sulfonate salt of a compound of the formula (IV), including a stage A of bringing into interaction of a compound of the formula (A-1) with a compound of the formula (A-2) in the presence of a suitable base with subsequent precipitation and isolation of a compound of the formula (I) from a reaction solution by introduction into the reaction solution of an aqueous organic solvent, a stage B of bringing into interaction of the compound of the formula (I), obtained at the stage A, with a compound of the formula (II-A), where R1 is C1-6alkyl group or C6aryl group, and X is a halogen atom, in the presence of a suitable base and water to obtain a compound of the formula (III), where R1 is the same group as described above, a stage C of bringing into interaction of the compound of the formula (III), obtained at the stage B without isolation, with cyclopropylamine with subsequent precipitation and isolation of a compound of the formula (IV) by introduction into the reaction solution of an aqueous organic solution, and a stage D of conversion of the compound of the formula (IV), obtained at the stage C, into methane-sulfonate salt of the compound of the formula (IV).

EFFECT: method for the production of methane-sulfonate salt of a compound of the formula (IV), showing antitumor activity, is developed, providing high yield and high purity of the target compound.
