SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a pharmaceutical composition containing a compound presented by formula (I) 
, wherein R1 represents a hydrogen atom, C1-6 alkyl group or C3-8 cycloalkyl group; while R2 represents a hydrogen atom or a methoxyl group, or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, or solvate; and alkaline earth carbonate, wherein the content of the compound presented by formula (I), or its salt or solvate makes 0.25 to 50 wt %, and the content of alkaline earth carbonate makes 1 to 60 wt % in relation to total weight of the composition, respectively.
EFFECT: composition exhibits excellent solubility; it is storage-stable or even long-term storage-stable, and applicable as a preventive or therapeutic agent for treating a tumour.
