FIELD: compressor engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of compressor engineering, namely, oil-filled screw compressors with a spool capacity controller. The screw compressor contains a housing with channels for suction and discharge of gas, consisting of a block of cylinders and covers. In the housing, the driving and driven rotors 4, 5 are installed, which are engaged with their toothed surfaces and rotate on support bearings, and a spool capacity controller, including a spool connected by a rod to a hydraulic actuator. The spool has a groove with a key installed in it. In the lower part of the cylinder block there is a supply channel connected with a groove. The supply channel in relation to the key is made on the opposite side from the placement of the pressure cavity. The spool has a discharge channel that communicates the working chamber 15 of the cylinder block with a groove. The discharge channel consists of 3 sections: inlet, intermediate and outlet section, which is at least 2 holes made on the suction side of the cylinder block, and the outlets from which are directed to the rotor 5.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving the reliability, manufacturability and efficiency of the compressor, reducing the noise and vibration of the compressor, as well as reducing the cost of manufacturing.
