FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, in particular to biologically active food supplements. The biologically active food supplement is a composition consisting of a curcumin complex – a cyclodextrin complex with curcuminoids and prebiotic fibers, an artichoke leaf extract, a chamomile flower extract, with or without addition of auxiliary substances and/or food supplements, wt.%: curcumin complex – cyclodextrin complex with curcuminoids and prebiotic fibers – from 34 to 40; artichoke leaf extract – from 22 to 37; chamomile flower extract – from 22 to 37; auxiliary substances and/or food supplements – 0-3.
EFFECT: invention allows for the production of a biologically active food supplement, biologically active substances of which detect synergetic interaction of all its components in case of increasing a degree of transition of the sum of flavones and apegenin and apeginin-7 glucoside, as well as increasing a degree of transition of curcumin from components of the biologically active food supplement to muriatic extracts.
