SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biologically active food additives intended for oral administration and can be used in food and pharmaceutical industry. Dietary supplement contains nicotinamide mononucleotide – 37–38 wt.%, pterostilbene – 5–16 wt.%, resveratrol – 30–31 wt.%, apigenin – 1–2 wt.%, extract of turmeric rhizomes containing at least 90% of curcuminoids – 15–16 wt.%, piperine – 0.4–0.8 wt.% and optionally at least one auxiliary substance. Method of biologically active food additive introduction envisages oral administration of the additive of the above composition.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a supplement which supports body homeostasis and promotes its recovery and counteracts signs of aging.
