FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the metallurgy of nickel-titanium alloys and can be used in the manufacture of endoprostheses from a monolithic material with a porous coating. A method is proposed for obtaining a porous coating on articles made of monolithic titanium nickelide by baking nickelide-titanium powder on it. Powder with grain sizes in the range of 100-140 µm is used for coating. Sintering is carried out at a temperature of 1200±20°C for 15±2 min, after which the resulting coating is exposed to a low-energy high-current electron beam with an electron energy of 20-30 keV and an energy density of 3-6 J/cm2. The impact is produced by pulses with a duration of 2-4 μs with a total number of pulses of 20-30.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the corrosion resistance of the porous implant coating during operation in the patient's body.
