FIELD: heat engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering, heat exchange equipment; it can be used in power engineering, petrochemical, and other industries, when implementing heterogeneous-catalytic oxidation, dehydration, and other processes. A heat exchange device (fig. 1) contains case (1) in the form of a truncated cone with bottoms (2) and (3), branch pipes (4) and (5) for input and output of a heat carrier of a tube space, branch pipes (6) and (7) for, respectively, input and output of a heat carrier of an inter-tube space. In holes of tube grids (8) and (9), tubes (10) in the form of truncated cones are fixed along concentrical circumferences obliquely to the axis of the device and around of the axis of the device. Tube grids (8) and (9) are made convex towards bottoms (2) and (3). In central vertical tube (11), thermocouples (12) are located in a protective casing. Holes in tube grids (8) and (9) are made for truncated cones of the same height with closed small vertices.

EFFECT: increase in the uniformity of heat carrier flows in all tubes of a tube space and in the entire volume of an inter-tube space, as well as strength of tube grids without their thickening.
