FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat exchange equipment and can be used in various industries, communal and agricultural industries, mainly in heat supply system of biogas plant for heat effluent recovery. Proposed heat exchanger comprises horizontally oriented cylindrical housing with convex-shaped bottoms, feed branch pipe and pipe medium discharge branch pipe, inlet and outlet branch pipe of tube medium, heat exchange elements in the form of single tubes. Central pipe is located along longitudinal axis of housing, and side tubes are located at distance from longitudinal axis at equal distance from each other. End sections of pipes are rigidly fixed in opposite holes in bottoms. On one side of the housing, the central pipe is connected to the pipe medium feed branch pipe, and the side pipes are connected to the collector header inputs, the outlet of which is connected to the tube medium discharge branch pipe. On the other side of the housing, the central pipe is connected to the inlet of the distribution manifold, the outlets of which are connected to the side pipes, with possibility of pipe medium flowing in forward direction through central pipe and in reverse direction through side pipes, which realizes two-way heat exchange of heating medium.
EFFECT: increasing heat exchanger efficiency and reducing metal consumption of its manufacturing.
