FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tubular heat exchangers for heat exchange processes between hot and cold heat carriers and can be used in gas, chemical and oil refining industry. In heat exchanger consisting of casing, tube grids, branch pipes, heat exchange tubes, covers, grids with rings, lead spherical particles, ends of vertical heat exchange tubes are rigidly fixed in tube plates. Metal grids with plastic rings are rigidly installed inside the heat exchange tubes near the inlet and outlet. On lower grid there is a layer of spherical lead particles with diameter of 0.002 m. Height of packed layer of spherical lead particles in each tube is 0.1 m.
EFFECT: high intensity of heat exchange, low material consumption of the apparatus.
