FIELD: medical immunology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medical immunology, to the study of the molecular-cellular mechanism of action of an immunobiological drug for the prevention and treatment of chronic inflammatory diseases of bacterial and viral etiology. The use of a multicomponent vaccine consisting of water-soluble antigens isolated from strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae, Proteus vulgaris, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus is proposed. The vaccine contains pattern-associated molecular structures of microorganisms, which are ligands of Toll-like receptors to cause in experimental animals, when administered enterally, an increase in the content of cells expressing TLR 4 from 1.5 to 14.0%; TLR 9 2.2 to 15.5% followed by production of IL-1β 15.0 to 18.0 pg/ml, IL-6 120 to 140 pg/ml, IL-12 10.0 to 12 .0 pg/ml; when administered subcutaneously - an increase in the content of TLR 2 from 3.0 to 11.0%; TLR 4 from 1.2 to 11.6%; TLR 9 4.0 to 13.2% followed by production of IL-1β 65 to 68 pg/ml, IL-6 190 to 220 pg/ml, IL-12 35.0 to 40.0 pg/ml; IFNγ from 34.0 to 38.0 pg/ml, and stimulating the formation of specific antibodies OP450 when diluted serum 1:3200 to the antigen of Escherichia coli 2.2-2.4 c.u.; to the Klebsiella antigen 1.5-1.9 c.u.; to the proteus antigen 1.8-2.1 c.u.; to the antigen of staphylococcus 1.5-1.8 c.u.

EFFECT: as a result of activation of innate and adaptive immunity effectors, the multicomponent vaccine protects experimental animals from bacterial and viral infections and explains the therapeutic and prophylactic effect of its application.
