SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to field of biotechnology. Claimed is method for obtaining antigen-loaded activated dendritic cells (DC) for application in immunotherapy, which includes loading non-activated DC with at least one antibody; activation of non-activated DC with IFN-γ and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) to form activated DC; cryopreservation of activated DC and thawing activated DC; wherein degree of extraction and viability of activated DC after thawing is higher than or equals approximately 70%, and wherein thawed activated DC produce effective quantity of at least one cytokine to induce T-cell response. Cryopreserved DC-containing composition and method for inducing immune response in mammal, including introduction of composition by the invention are also disclosed.
EFFECT: invention can be further applied in production of DC-based medications.
