FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in mechanical engineering, in systems for pumping and dosing toxic, aggressive, sterile, food and other liquids. The multistage diaphragm pump comprises a housing 1 with inlets and outlets, an eccentric 12, four membranes 5 with connecting rods 8 installed in the housing 1 with the formation of drive and working chambers 6 and 7. Four stops 9 are mounted on the free ends of the connecting rods 8 in the form rectangular parallelepipeds with rounded ribs, mounted in guides 10, placed in the center of the body 1, and having grooves 11 with an eccentric profile 12 at their free ends. The eccentric 12 is simultaneously located inside the grooves 11 of the four stops 9 and is connected to the drive 13 with the possibility of circular rotation.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving the performance of the pump.
