FIELD: non-destructive ultrasonic testing.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for non-destructive ultrasonic testing. The substance of the invention lies in the fact that the contact gel for ultrasonic testing includes, wt.%: up to 20.0 glycerol and propylene glycol; up to 1.0 triethanolamine; up to 1.0 carbomer, which is a rare polymer of acrylic acid; up to 10 sodium phosphates and silicates, which are Na5P3O10, Na2SiO3, Na3PO4; up to 0.1 fullerenols based on a mixture of C60 and C70fullerenols; water - the rest up to 100.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of creating a universal contact gel for non-destructive testing, which has a high and stable speed of propagation of ultrasound, high acoustic permeability and at the same time high viscosity, which can be used in a wide temperature range, has bactericidal, antifungal and anti-corrosion properties and high adhesion to various materials, is safe for human and environment and convenient to use.
