SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to operative urology and oncology. At the final stage of prostatectomy after fixation of the prostate, the first injection is performed with an atraumatic needle 5/8. The ligature is carried out from the prostate towards the pubic symphysis for the entire length of the needle with grabbing elements of the pelvic fascia covering the dorsal venous complex. Then, similar stitches are formed across the entire width of the dorsal venous complex from the right edge of the tendon arch of the pelvic fascia to the left edge of the tendon arch of the pelvic fascia. The intersection of the dorsal venous complex is performed with "cold" scissors cranial to the ligature. At the same time, the visceral sheet of the pelvic fascia, elements of the pubo-prostatic and pubovesical ligaments, elements of the dorsal venous complex are crossed, leaving the pubo-urethral ligaments intact and the elements of the visceral sheet of the pelvic fascia connecting them, providing native support to the urethra.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to prevent ischemic changes in the musculoskeletal apparatus of the urethra and the emerging vesicourethral anastomosis, to preserve intact pubourethral ligaments, to limit the mobility of the lower urinary tract during and after surgery, to keep intact the cavernous nerves located along the anterior surface of the urethra, allows to optimize the results erectile rehabilitation of patients.
