SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out radical prostatectomy and lymphadenectomy with single perineal section. Prostate traction and mobilization is carried out with device having rods in handle. The rods have blade-like working ends. Pelvic lymphadenectomy is carried out in turn on both sides. Perineal muscles are deflected aside. Endopelvic fascia right half is separated. Fat cellular tissue adjacent to obturator fossa is separated under visual control. The obturator nerve, exterior iliac vein and exterior iliac artery are exposed in turn. Lymphatic nodes are isolated and removed. Urinary bladder cervix is formed and urethral anastomosis is created.
