FIELD: medicine; urology; oncology.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the surgical treatment of localized prostate malignancy. Access is made to the pelvic cavity in the paraumbilical region. An optical trocar is installed, and 4 more trocars are additionally installed: in the right and left iliac regions, between the umbilical and right and left iliac regions along the lateral edge of the rectus abdominis muscle. The prostate is mobilized along the posterior surface, preserving the sheet of Denonvilliers fascia, as well as on both sides to the level of the apex. The prostate is cut off from the urethra, the prostate is removed, and then a continuous suture is applied with a self-fixing thread. The suture begins to the right of the medial portion of the m.levator ani, moving to the triangle of the bladder, and then to the medial portion of the m.levator ani on the left. Then the suture is continued under the urethra, returned to the m.levator ani on the right, after which the suture is continued on the bladder. Next, the same thread is used to form a vesicourethral anastomosis, after which the endopelvical fascia and puboprostatic ligaments are fixed to the neck of the bladder.

EFFECT: method allows to restore the puboprostatic complex, endopelvic fascia and tendinous arch of the pelvis, which will lead to the restoration of continence immediately after removal of the urethral catheter.
