FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, urology and oncology. First needle is injected with atraumatic needle 30–40 mm Vicryl, ligature is directly above urethra without gripping the wall of the latter, repeating the curvature of the pubic ligament. Back prick-in is performed by the same non-traumatic needle in the reverse direction, directly under the pubic-urethral ligaments without gripping of the elements of the latter; the ligature is tied; the dorsal venous complex is crossed more cranially than the ligature.
EFFECT: method enables preventing ischemic changes in the urethral support and ligamentous apparatus and the developing vesicourethral anastomosis.
