FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the conversion of hydrocarbons, using mixed catalytic systems. The invention concerns a method for the conversion of hydrocarbons, including stages, at which: a waste stream of a reactor with a movable catalyst layer is separated, while the waste stream has a reactor outlet temperature and contains a reaction product, the first catalyst in the form of particles, and the second catalyst in the form of particles, while the first catalyst in the form of particles is characterized by a smaller average particle size and/or is less dense than the second catalyst in the form of particles, to obtain the first stream containing the reaction product and the first catalyst in the form of particles, and the second stream containing the second catalyst in the form of particles; the second stream containing the second catalyst in the form of particles is mixed with a stream of a regenerated catalyst, while the stream of the regenerated catalyst contains the first catalyst in the form of particles and the second catalyst in the form of particles at an elevated temperature, while, during mixing, a mixed catalyst with an intermediate temperature between the elevated temperature and the reactor outlet temperature is obtained; in the reactor with the movable catalyst layer, the mixed catalyst is brought into contact with light ligroin raw material to conduct a hydrocarbon reaction, while, due to an endothermic reaction, the temperature of the mixed catalyst decreases to the second intermediate temperature; in the reactor with the movable catalyst layer, the mixed catalyst with the second intermediate temperature is brought into contact with heavy ligroin raw material to conduct a hydrocarbon reaction; the waste stream containing the reaction product, the first catalyst in the form of particles, and the second catalyst in the form of particles is removed from the reactor with the movable catalyst layer. The invention also concerns an option of a method for the conversion of hydrocarbons, a system for conducting chemical reactions, and a system for cracking of hydrocarbons.
EFFECT: increase in the concentration of ligroin conversion catalysts in a reactor during contact with light and heavy ligroin under effective operating conditions.
