FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, namely to a nozzle for an inhalation device for spraying liquid with the formation of inhaled aerosol, a method for manufacture of a nozzle, the use of a nozzle, and an inhalation device for spraying liquid with the formation of inhaled aerosol. The nozzle with nozzle case (1), which has front end (1B) and contains two ejection channels (2, 2'), is described. Each channel (2, 2') has output (2A, 2A') from the channel. Ejection channels (2, 2') are located in such a way that to eject liquid along corresponding ejection trajectories, which intersect with each other at a point of collision. At front end (1B), recess (3) is provided, in which two outputs (2A, 2A') from channels are located. Nozzle case (1) has flat side (1A) with two channels (2, 2') for liquid, buried to predetermined depth (D) on specified flat side (1A). In addition, cover (4) is provided, which closes two channels (2, 2') and has front end (4B), which, in a plane perpendicular to longitudinal axis (X) of nozzle case (1), corresponds to front end (1B) of nozzle case (1). Recess (3) has the first depth (D'), which is greater than depth (D) of specified two channels (2, 2'). The method for manufacture of a nozzle includes stage a) of provision of nozzle case (1). The provision includes following stages: provision of a substrate plate; manufacture of two channels (2, 2') for liquid; separation of specified case (1) from substrate along dividing line (5). Moreover, there is a possibility for maintenance of a distance between specified outputs (2A, 2A') from channels independent of a possible angular or linear deviation of specified dividing line (5) from optimal dividing line (5'). The method for manufacture of a nozzle includes stage b) of closing specified nozzle case (1) with cover (4). The use of the nozzle characterizes the use of the nozzle in the inhalation device for spraying liquid with the formation of inhaled aerosol. The inhalation device for spraying liquid with the formation of inhaled aerosol contains a nozzle.

EFFECT: uniform discharge of nozzles, exclusion of possible formation of small chips of material during sawing and damage to outputs from channels during the assembly of the nozzle, during the use of the nozzle or due to its contamination during manufacture, use, and storage.
