FIELD: fodder production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to feeding artificially reared valuable fish species. Method involves milling raw material in the form of crab cutting wastes, mixing the raw material with water in equal proportions and performing hydrolysis. Hydrolysis of raw material is carried out at 130–160 °C for 1–2 hours, after which the solid part of the hydrolyzate is removed, and the liquid part of the hydrolyzate is subjected to sublimation drying.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a protein fodder additive from wastes from crab cutting, having increased nutritive value.
