FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring equipment, namely to tensometric devices for measuring deformations of parts, and can be used to determine the weight of a load and the axle load of trucks. The sensor contains a plastic housing, rigidly fastened with two lining plates, inside of which a metal sensitive element with a full-bridge strain gauge assembly is installed. The sensitive element is connected to the electronic signal processing module and is made of a stamped metal sheet fixed in the housing by means of two pairs of fixing plates fastened together, and a temperature sensor is installed on it, connected to the electronic signal processing module. The thickness of the sensitive element is selected from the range from 0.5 to 3 mm, and the height of the sensitive element together with the fixing plates does not exceed 5 to 10 mm. A dome-shaped shielding element made of foil material with a thickness of 0.2 to 0.5 mm is installed inside the case. The length and width of the case does not exceed 55×38 mm, respectively.
EFFECT: improving the manufacturability of strain gauge strain gauge.
