FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used for determination of cargo weight and load on axis of cargo vehicles. Essence: strain gauge load measuring device on cargo vehicle axis consists of assembly containing two pairs of perpendicularly directed constant strain gauge foil type resistors, which represent Whitson full-bridge circuit, glued in geometrical center of arc-like, pre-polished by manual or semi-mechanical method to level of not less than 7 grade of purity and then defatted surface of metal element of sensor structure. Sensor design comprises an electronic module for processing signals of a strain-resistive assembly, which is integrated into the housing of the sensor and includes 32-bit processor based on a Cortex-M0 core, high-precision digital temperature sensor for performing a temperature compensation process, an NFC module which enables to identify a sensor and transmit service information wirelessly to an external wireless reader and CAN interface for wire data transmission to system monitor for further processing and indication. Metal part of sensor housing is made of alloyed steel grade 40CrNiMoA. Plastic part of the housing is made from impact-resistant and oil-and-gasoline-resistant glass-filled polyamide. All internal elements of the structure are protected with a damping moisture-proof compound of the "Ethal-1480TG" brand for general protection of the sensor structure from the environment.

EFFECT: increased service life of the sensor and preservation of elastic characteristics under conditions of constant dynamic loads and critical temperatures, increased accuracy of measurements.
