FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for quality control of building structures and can be used in laboratory tests of the facade and enclosing structures of buildings for bending out of plane with a simultaneous application of a uniform load at several points. Testing is carried out in accordance with a pre-prepared program that contains drawings of the sample, characteristics of the materials used, features of the installation of the sample, layouts of control devices - indicators and load application points. The sample is installed on the test stand in the working position, the surface of the sample is carefully checked for cracks, chips and mechanical damage during the installation process, control devices - indicators are installed. Fastening of control devices - indicators is carried out to the frame elements of the test bench. The layout and number of control devices is determined in accordance with the nature of the tests. The load is applied in stages until the destruction of the sample. Readings of control devices - indicators are taken before the start of each next stage. The readings after each stage are recorded in the test log, and at the end of the testing of the experimental sample, the values of the breaking load are set, as well as the values of the loads of the formation of the first and subsequent cracks.

EFFECT: accurate determination of the load corresponding to the loss of integrity of the facade structure or its individual nodes.
