SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for combined treatment of forefoot pathology. A surgical corrective osteotomy of the metatarsal bones is performed with local administration of autologous blood plasma enriched with growth factors. When performing surgical treatment, autologous plasma enriched with growth factors (PRGF) is injected locally intraosseously, intraarticularly, into soft tissues in the area of intervention. 4 ml of autologous blood plasma enriched with growth factors is injected into the bone canals of the metatarsal bones, 2 ml of autologous blood plasma enriched with growth factors is injected intra-articularly, and 1 ml is injected into the soft tissues in the area of intervention.

EFFECT: method provides reduction of pain syndrome severity in the postoperative period, acceleration of patient rehabilitation, restoration of foot function, faster return of patients to normal daily activity and improvement of their quality of life due to injection sites and amount of plasma injection.
