SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ultrasound diagnostics, biliary surgery. Transesophageal endoscopic ultrasonography is used, followed by three-dimensional volumetric reconstruction of the ultrasound image. Detection of bubbles of intestinal gas in the bile ducts indicates the patency of the biliodigestive anastomosis.
EFFECT: method improves the efficiency of the results of ultrasound to detect the patency of biliodigestive anastomosis, informative; easy to use; operational in execution; eliminates the use of expensive radiation diagnostic methods (MSCT and MRI); does not require the use of contrast agents.
