SUBSTANCE: he invention relates to the field of pipe fitting devices that have the ability to rotate when they are oriented without loss of tightness, and can be used to connect several pipes to a supply hose in which water flows under pressure. Polypropylene rotary-axial coupling consists of a first and second elbow with the possibility of rotating one end of the coupling relative to the other and an external thread that is connected to the pipeline pipe. On the first elbow, in the form of a straight polypropylene pipe at one end, connected by soldering with a polypropylene fitting, a stainless steel spring with a diameter equal to the outer diameter of the polypropylene pipe is put on. The spring is necessary to create an elastic pressure on the second elbow in the form of a fitting with an external thread, the thread diameter of which is larger than the diameter of the polypropylene pipe, so that the first elbow in the form of a straight polypropylene pipe with a fitting passes into the upper fitting with an external thread, on one side of which, close to the spring, there is a lower cavity into which several sealing rings are placed, the inner diameter of which is equal to the outer diameter of the polypropylene pipe. A low-pressure polypropylene washer is installed in the lower cavity, the height of which occupies the remaining depth of the lower cavity, but the width of one coil of the spring is less, the inner diameter of the low-pressure polypropylene washer is equal to the diameter of the polypropylene pipe used to press the sealing rings and the low-pressure polypropylene washer, and a low-pressure polypropylene washer is also installed in the upper cavity. pressure, the height of which is equal to the height of the thread on the upper coupling. A fixing element applied along the entire circumference by soldering is installed on the upper end of the polypropylene pipe, which prevents the spring from decompressing and is equal to the outer diameter of the thread of the upper coupling, a rubber O-ring is installed between the upper coupling and the fixing element.
EFFECT: invention enables to create a strong and tight connection of pipe connections with each other using a polypropylene rotary-axial coupling without using an internal threaded connection, which contributes to the simplification of the design due to a simpler mechanism for creating tightness.
