FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of drilling oil and gas wells and can be used for physical modeling of the process of eliminating brine manifestations by pumping a crosslinker into the bottomhole formation zone. The stand for studying the holding capacity of compositions used in the isolation of aquifers contains a chamber filled with soil, to which an inlet pipeline and an outlet pipeline are connected. The gas line is equipped with a pressure sensor. All elements of the stand are mounted on a support. The pipe with a check valve installed inside it is made integral with the piston with the possibility of vertical movement through the cover. Inside the cover there is a sealing ring with the ability to control the supply of the blocking composition by a pump from a container with a crosslinker and its subsequent pushing through a gas cylinder through a gas line with a pressure regulator mounted on it, and an upper flange with a crosslinker filling from a reservoir made integral with the reservoir cover through chamber filled with soil. The chamber in the lower part is connected to the lower flange and the process line, on which a gate valve and a flow meter are mounted, supplying process fluid to a process tank equipped with a level meter.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the process of eliminating brine manifestations by pumping the crosslinker into the bottomhole formation zone.
