FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, medical rehabilitation, pediatrics, pediatric neurology and orthopedics, physiotherapy, the use of biofeedback devices (BFD). A course of rehabilitation is carried out, which includes a complex of physical effects in the form of physiotherapy exercises, massage of paretic muscles, mechanotherapy, hydrokinesiotherapy and apparatus physiotherapy, as well as classes on a hardware-software complex (HSC) with BFD "Anika", using a rehabilitation glove of the appropriate size range, with built-in motion sensors. Appropriate rehabilitation sets of exercises are performed, consisting of games in the form of sequential specified movements of the upper limb, which are represented by two blocks: 5 exercises aimed at training movements in the joints and restoring simple motor acts - "Cars", "Scorer", "Volleyball”, “Bubbles”, “Square”; and 5 exercises aimed at training and restoring complex motor acts in the form of grips - "Collect objects", "Glass", "Unscrew the lid", "Pyramid", "Bowling". The level of complexity of the exercises and the training regimen are set taking into account the severity of the patient's motor deficit, determined using the scale of the functioning of the upper limbs (The Manual Ability Classification System, MACS): I, II, III and IV MACS levels. Exercises are performed with both hands sequentially: first, with a limb with a more pronounced motor deficit, then with the opposite hand.
EFFECT: method provides, in addition to restoring motor functions, fine motor skills of the upper limb, increasing muscle strength, reducing spasticity, improving a number of children's cognitive functions - the level of concentration, attention stability and degree, the speed of its switching, as well as the development of manipulative skills, the ability to perform household functions.
