FIELD: medicine; surgery.

SUBSTANCE: estimate localisation, sizes, structure of purulent-necrotic formation by means of a computer tomography. Under the control of a computer tomography extraperitoneal puncture a purulent-necrotic formation by a needle in length not more than 20 cm and diameter not more than 1.66 mm, with a mandrin. After puncture, remove the mandrin from the needle. Insert a superrigid conductor with the flexible extremity into a formation cavity. Deduce the patient from the tomograph aperture. Remove the needle from formation, rigidly fixing the conductor. Measure distance from a puncture point on a surface of a body of the patient before purulent-necrotic formation on the screen of the display of the tomograph. Rigidly fixing the conductor, enter a peaked drainage or an angiographic bougie in diameter of 5 mm on the measured distance on the conductor. Remove the conductor. The entered device fix to a skin using the suture. Move the patient in the operational. Enter a trocar or carry out a lumbotomy on the entered device on the measured depth, being guided at reaching of the purulent-necrotic formation on the entered device.

EFFECT: expansion of medical possibilities at realisation of endoscopic or lumbotomic interventions at extraperitoneal located purulent-necrotic formations, reduction of risk of repeated interventions and occurrence of complications.
