FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a solid electrolyte including Li, Sn, P, S, and halogen and to a method for its production. The solid electrolyte has a composition of LiuSnvP2SyXz, where 6≤u≤14, 0.8≤v≤2.1, 9≤y≤16, 0<z≤1.6; X is Cl, Br, or I and has, in X-ray beam diffraction, CuKα: λ=1.5405 , peaks in at least following positions 2θ=19.80°±0.50°, 20.10°±0.50°, 26.60°±0.50°, and 29.10°±0.50°.
EFFECT: provision of a solid electrolyte having high ionic conductivity, wherein SnS2 is used as raw material for it, which is not affected by moisture so easily.
