FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry and can be used in the canning industry. The paste includes lentils soaked in water for 30 minutes at a temperature of 85-90°C and boiled for 5 minutes, as well as onions, carrots and oyster mushrooms blanched for 10 minutes. The paste additionally contains garlic and a 50% solution of citric acid, at a certain ratio of components by weight.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a final product with increased biological and nutritional value.
