Prepared beans should be soaked and blanched till 200%-swelling to be then mixed with other components and packed. The suggested canned food additionally contains blanched Oyster mushrooms and blanching water at a certain ratio of the components taken. The innovation enables to decrease energy expenses at improved dietary characteristics and palatability of the suggested canned food.
