SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the canning industry. The method involves soaking grains of legumes, blanching onions and carrots, adding salt, grinding components in a hot state, mixing, packaging in consumer containers, sealing and sterilization. Lentil grains are used as grains of legumes, with oyster mushrooms, garlic and a 50% solution of citric acid added. Lentil grains are soaked in water for 30 minutes at a temperature of 85-90°C and boiled for 5 minutes, then onion and oyster mushrooms are blanched for 10 minutes at a certain ratio of components.

EFFECT: invention allows to simplify the technological process of production.
