A baking oven for baking national bread in the form of flat cakes is proposed, which contains a dead-end baking chamber with block-frame fences, a cradle-and-chain conveyor with ceramic hearths in cradles, ceramic plates located above the ceramic hearths, flameless burners for unidirectional and independent heating of ceramic hearths and ceramic plates, a through hole for loading baked blanks during cyclic movement of cradles and unloading finished bread, while the flameless burners are divided into main and additional burners so that the main flameless burners installed under the ceramic trays perpendicular to the heat-receiving surface heat the ceramic trays unidirectionally, and additional flameless burners unidirectionally heat the ceramic plates, providing independent control of the infrared radiation of the ceramic plates on the baked workpieces, and there are exhaust fans in the block-frame fences nozzles, a safety valve and an emergency hatch with a viewing window are located, and an exhaust hood with a branch pipe is attached to the block-frame railings on top of the through hole.

EFFECT: invention improves the quality of baked national bread in the form of flat cakes.
