FIELD: dairy industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the dairy industry. The method for obtaining a milk drink is carried out as follows. Milk with 3.2-3.4% fat is mixed in the amount of, wt. %, 96.7-97.3, with dietary supplements “VitaLAG” in the amount of 0.5-0.7, fructose in the amount of 0.3-0.5, lingonberry cryopowder in the amount of 0.8-1.2 and blueberry cryopowder in the amount of 0.8-1.2 for 10-12 minutes, heated with constant stirring up to a temperature of 52-55°C for 10 minutes, treated with ultra-high temperatures of 128-145°C from 2 to 5 s with a final product temperature of 16.8-17.2°C, packaged in sterile conditions.
EFFECT: invention provides an expansion of the range of functional beverages, the drink has excellent taste qualities with the complete exclusion of synthetic additives from the formulation, is characterized by a high content of trace elements: sodium, phosphorus and iron, and increased antioxidant activity.
