FIELD: industrial electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of industrial electronics, namely to the field of laser and pulse technology, plasma technology, electroosmosis technology, high-speed photography and nuclear physics. The effect is achieved by the fact that the sawtooth voltage shaper contains a driver, two inductive elements that form electrical circuits with a common capacitor, which includes the capacitive part of the load, the value of the inductance of the first inductive element exceeds the value of the second inductance with the possibility of providing a difference in the resonant frequency of the two electrical circuits by two orders of magnitude , the first electric circuit is made in the form of a power source connected in series, the first inductor and a capacitor, the second electric circuit is made in the form of a high-voltage switch, a diode, a second inductive element and a capacitor connected in series, the power supply is connected in series with the high-voltage switch through the junction with the driver. In the case of a non-linear capacitive part of the load, a second capacitor with a capacitance 5-10 times greater than the change in the effective peak capacitance of the load can be introduced into the sawtooth voltage shaper.
EFFECT: ensuring high efficiency and more than two orders of magnitude output voltage while simplifying and improving reliability.
