Abstract RU 2787154 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely, to surgery, endocrinology, and physiotherapy, and can be used for treating patients with infected forms of diabetic foot syndrome. Non-viable toes are removed, abscesses or phlegmons of the soft tissues of the feet are opened, pockets and purulent leakages, as well as necrectomies, are revised, wherein the wounds are treated with antiseptics and haemostatic antiseptic dressings are applied. The wound is sealed from the external environment after the antimicrobial dressing is applied and drainage is performed with adhesive film, two ports are installed. In the first day, the wound is treated with a negative pressure of 120 mmHg using a portable vacuum aspiration apparatus Vit MobilPlus, then in the days 2 to 4, 5 to 8, 9 to 12 the wound is treated with a variable negative pressure of 50 mmHg and 100 mmHg within a 30-minute interval. The Plason apparatus is connected twice for 3 minutes every day through the tube of the second through an attachment, and exogenous nitrogen monoxide (NO) is insufflated.

EFFECT: possibility of activating local immunity, increasing the regenerative activity of the damaged tissues, preventing microthrombosis of the peripheral arterial bed, and increasing the viability of patients with purulo-necrotic complications of the diabetic foot syndrome due to the combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
