SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. The Methylococcus capsulatus ACR-22 strain, which, when cultivated in methane-air or methane-oxygen atmosphere, is resistant to phagolysis, to changes in the composition of satellite microorganisms during non-sterile cultivation, to increased concentrations of nitrogen and phosphorus in the medium and has a minimum oxygen consumption, was deposited under number RNCIM V-14282.
EFFECT: invention provides an extension of the arsenal of means for obtaining microbial protein biomass in biotechnological production with increased biomass yield and productivity.
